A situation or event that one person might dismiss as trivial – might cause another person a great deal of stress. What do you do to release all of that pent up anxiety and, perhaps, anger?
It doesn’t matter what is causing your stress or anxiety, or even if you know the cause. The fact is, it is upsetting you and, together, we will concentrate on finding the solution.

Anxiety and stress are two very different things. You can feel stressed because you have too much to do, the children are playing up or the dogs have brought mud in all over the house and by evening, you sit and relax and feel okay again. (Although you may get stressed again tomorrow!) Anxiety is accompanied by worry, and perhaps fear, and is ongoing even when there may be no particular stressor identified. It can even cause very real physical symptoms.
We're always being told we've never had it so good. But today, we have a huge amount of 'new' stresses to deal with. Work related stress in 2015/16 accounted for an estimated 488,000 cases acording to government statistics.
